Fans have spoken and NASCAR listened – double-wide is the way to go (avoid the easy fan jokes here).  Starting in Pocono this weekend, restarts during the race will no longer be single file and lapped cars will not be up front w/ the leaders.
The race leader will have his choice of positioning on the front row – top or bottom – but the 3rd place driver will be on the bottom in the 2nd row.  Lapped cars will be moved back and the Lucky Dog rule still applies throughout.
