On Sunday night, the basketball viewing public got another chance to see the unique talent that is Rajon Rondo in all his glory. Short of turning into Jesus Shuttlesworth and draining eight 3-pointers, Rondo is clearly the catalyst* for the Boston Celtics in their pursuit of their 2nd NBA Championship in 3 yrs.

Rondo has dazzled fans w/ his ball fakes and ability to get to the rim almost at will – when he’s on his game.

At 6′ 1″, Rajon Rondo is the last player on the floor you expect to corral 12 rebounds and in a match-up featuring nearly three 7″ footers in Â Bynum, Gasol and Lamar Odom, I’m sure you would not have guessed that Rondo would lead both teams in total rebounds in Game 2.
