The good news… Arizona Cardinals standouts Anquan Boldin and Darnell Dockett showed up for minicamp on Friday.

The bad news… both players are standing firm so far on their demands for new contracts.  Showing up for Cardinals’ minicamp is certainly a gracious step on the player’s behalf – they could have just stayed home.

So Arizona has two excellent football players who are putting a good foot forward by at least attending team functions. It is still a little disappointing that these guys can’t be happy w/ their existing contracts though.  They were pretty excited when the originally signed them, but the market changes and they see other players making more money (for less work).  Can’t blame them for trying, but its still a shitty situation for both sides.
