Jay Cutler & Denver Broncos Continue Squabble Over Trade

The Denver Broncos and quarterback Jay Cutler are at odds over the new head coach’s attempts to trade Cutler earlier this month.  While the attempts appear to have been legitimate, considering the quarterback’s problems w/ the new coaching staff.  Apparently, the team’s owner told Cutler the staff would remain, but then allowed new coach Josh McDaniels to get a new staff.  This apparently irked Cutler, who requested a trade back in January.

Only now, Cutler and his agent are making it look like the Broncos started the trade talks and that it is all their fault.  Sure, once Cutler demanded a trade in January, the staff was doing what they thought they needed to in order to move forward – getting a QB who wanted to be there.  Now, neither party is happy and another football team is licking their lips to get Cutler for next-to-nothing… a couple draft picks maybe.
