In another sign of trouble for the Cincinnati Bengals, they deactivated WR Chad Johnson in Monday night’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers for breaking a team rule.

Essentially, Johnson was being lazy during the team’s “night before” meeting and wouldn’t abide by his coaches request to sit up in his chair.  Sure, Chad is an adult and sitting up straight is a weak excuse for yelling at a player, but after Ocho Cinco walked out of the team’s meeting, the Bengals had no choice but to keep him out of Thursday’s game.

Johnson is a locker room cancer and the Bengals season is a testiment to just how bad a player (or players) can affect their teammates.  Johnson is no longer a team player – he is a celebrity, and that is all he is concerned w/ at this time.
