Lights, cameras, T.O.! No stranger to attention, Terrell Owens drew plenty of it on Monday for the start of the Buffalo Bills‘ voluntary minicamps. Continue reading on NFL.com
The Terrell Owens reality show sounds like a train wreck waiting to happen. With any luck, we’ll get to see more great clips of Owens crying like this.

Terrell Owens did not show up for “voluntary” workouts w/ the Buffalo Bills on Monday, but his absence is being downplayed by Dick Jauron, the head coach, and Owens’ teammates.
T.O. was a no-show Monday for the start of the Bills’ voluntary offseason conditioning program. Continue reading on NFL.com
Not a good sign for Owens, but he’s also known for his conditioning repetoire outside of the regular workouts. Terrell is supposedly in good shape right now - according to trainers - and is expected to join the team ready to play… when he’s required to apparently.

Veteran wide receiver Terrell Owens has found a new team, signing Saturday with the Buffalo Bills, reports Vic Carucci. Continue reading on NFL.com
Only days after being released by the Dallas Cowboys, wide receiver Terrell Owens has signed w/ the Buffalo Bills. Seems Owens’ skills are still in demand, despite is erratic and incindiary behavior. Owens haters are counting the days until he does something to alienate himself from the team or get himself in trouble.
Each team Owens has been on has turned into a front-page story. First, he alienates himself in San Francisco, signs w/ the Philadelphia Eagles, only to get let go there as well. Next, the Cowboys took a chance on him and he nearly eliminated Dallas from the playoffs single-handidly.
Owens gets another chance w/ the Bills, but it would not seem a good scenario considering they do not have a “strong system” or team leader that will put TO in his place when he tries to open his big mouth.
Fortunately for Owens, the signing comes w/ plenty of time to get accommodated to his new teammates, the offense and participate fully in training camp and the preseason. This should help him be a top receiver come the regular season.

Authorities say Buffalo Bills running back Marshawn Lynch has been arrested in Southern California on a weapons possession charge. Continue reading on NFL.com
The Buffalo Bills have their hands full these days… and not because they suck at football (lol). Apparently, star running back Marshawn Lynch was arrested in Southern California for gun possession. Reports are that there were two other men in the car w/ Lynch so it is still possible that he was innocent. Highly unlikely, but possible…
Another example of a star athlete putting himself into a bad position. There are many comparisons that can be made to Plaxico Burress here, but I’ll save that for the ESPNs, FoxSports and CBS’ of the world to dissect.
On another “stupid athlete” note for the day, the Phoenix Suns’ Jason Richardson was arrested for speeding in Scottsdale, AZ. J-Rich was apparently going 90 mph in a 35 mph zone. To top it off, his 3 yr old son was in the backseat w/out a seat belt. This incident comes just 2 months after a DUI stop, after which Richardson was “an isolated incident”. I guess isolated just means getting caught… perhaps Lynch will use the same excuse.
The Buffalo Bills are glad to have the bye week, especially considering a string of recent injuries that would’ve severly limited their ability to improve on their 4-1 record.
Buffalo defensive end Aaron Schobel missed practice Tuesday and will be one of numerous Bills regulars using the bye week to recuperate from nagging injuries. Continue reading on NFL.com
Fresh off of their loss to the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday and losing quarterback Trent Edwards to a concussion, the bye week is surely a blessing for a team that could have started a downward slide had they played another game without Edwards. The bye should give the injured Bills some time to rest and get back to playing when they return in NFL week 7.

Buffalo Bills starting quarterback Trent Edwards won’t play in Sunday night’s preseason game against the Indianapolis Colts because of a bruise above his right kneecap.
